Denarius Pumping Services LLC is part of the Denarius Pumping Services de Venezuela C.A. (Venezuelan Affiliate) and holds a 100% interest in Company Share. As a result of our 100% interest in Denarius Pumping Services LLC, we also hold indirectly services contract related to specialized oil well services in Venezuela and over another countries.
On July 17, 2024 Denarius Pumping Services de Venezuela C.A. signed a master contract with Chevron Global Technologies Companies to executed three projects agreements to perform Pumping, Stimulations, Cementing and Gravel Pack Oil Well Services related to existing or new oil wells in Boscan oil field. The contracts have a 1-year commitment with the option to extend it for an additional year.
